Job summary

Continental Care and Rehabilitation in Butte, MT seeks a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive pulmonary and cardiac care for short and long-term residents. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The RT will work under the Director of Nursing, adhering to state/federal guidelines and facility policies. The ideal candidate will hold Montana CRT or RRT licensure, maintain CEUs, and possess ACLS and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana CRT or RRT license.
• Graduate of AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• Maintain active licensure and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer and monitor pulmonary therapies and assess patient response.
• Coordinate with nursing and rehab staff to ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain infection control and equipment sterilization procedures.
• Document patient data in medical records after pulmonary interventions.
