Job summary

Velox Valuations Wiregrass Coast, an independent Velox Valuations franchise, is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers. You will provide residential appraisal services with Velox Valuations’ technology, set your own schedule, choose assignments, and meet monthly production targets, with support and shared best practices.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser required.
• Proficient in modern collaborative valuations.
• Motivated self-starter with high energy.
• Efficient time management & results driven.

• Geographic competency in real estate trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
