Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team at Henry Ford Rochester Hospital in Rochester, MI. The CRNA will administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia, support obstetrical deliveries, and manage airway care while ensuring patient safety across age groups.

The position offers a part-time schedule with on-call and weekend shifts roughly every 1–2 months, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life:

• Henry Ford Rochester Hospital has 180 beds, 11 Operating rooms providing the following services: Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neurology, General, ENT (with limited pediatrics), Urology, Orthopedic, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry and Plastic surgery. We cover a full scope of out of department services including Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy and radiology (including CT and MRI).
• On Call and Weekend shifts ONCE every 1-2 months. Rotating shifts with flexible scheduling
