• Competitive Salary: $230,000 base + annual performance bonus

Your Role

As a CRNA in an outpatient GI endoscopy center, you will:

• Perform pre-procedure patient assessments

• Administer moderate sedation and monitor patients throughout procedures

• Ensure safe post-operative recovery and provide collaborative support to GI physicians and nursing staff

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, low-stress environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active CRNA license

• Eligible for credentialing in Virginia outpatient settings

• Prior experience in GI/endoscopy is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Comfort working autonomously in an outpatient setting
