Position Highlights

• Base Salary: $230,000 annually (W2)

• Earning Potential: Up to $240K with productivity bonuses

• Schedule: Monday through Friday – No nights, weekends, or holidays

• Setting: Outpatient GI center with a patient-focused, procedure-driven culture

• Call Requirement: None – enjoy predictable hours and full weekends off

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for GI/endoscopy procedures

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments

• Monitor sedation and manage patient care during procedures

• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and documentation

• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with all state and facility protocols

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), licensed in Virginia

• Eligible for credentialing at outpatient surgery centers

• Experience in GI or endoscopy anesthesia is preferred, but not required

• Strong focus on patient safety and procedural efficiency
