The Opportunity
Optigy is currently recruiting for a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic and growing team at a regional health system in West Branch, MI. With a brand-new OR and an expanding caseload, this opportunity offers a high level of autonomy and diverse case exposure in a beautiful, four-season region of Michigan.
Practice Highlights:
• Schedule: Regular full-time, 4x10s - 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call: 1 weekday per week + 1 weekend/month (1:4 call schedule)
• No medical direction - CRNAs operate independently
• CRNA is responsible for induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Case mix includes: Endoscopy, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, Vascular
• EMR: EPIC
• EPIC and Microsoft systems knowledge required
Duties Include:
• Pre-anesthetic evaluations
• OR suite prep for anesthesia
• Full administration and monitoring of anesthesia
• Post-anesthesia care and documentation
Skills Required:
• Spinals, Epidurals
• Arterial & Venous Line Placement
• Regional Blocks preferred but not required
Qualifications:
• Current CRNA Licensure in Michigan & NBCRNA certification
• 3+ years of CRNA experience preferred, but new grads welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Not accepting Locums or 1099 candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $200,000 - $240,000
• 1.5x Overtime and On-Call Pay
• Up to $50,000 Sign-on Bonus for qualified candidates
