Job summary
Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center in Rutland, Vermont.
The position offers a supervision model with an Anesthesiologist always present, strong physician support, and opportunities for professional growth. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are provided.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Current CRNA certification.
- Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
