Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology in Rutland, Vermont. The CRNA will provide anesthesia with physician supervision in a Trauma Center, offering strong support and teamwork.

The role includes signing bonus, loan assistance, relocation support, and CME/licensing allowances. Excellent patient care and safety are the priorities in this supervision model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center.
