Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing (April/May 2025)
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's -
FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call!
40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off!
Full Time strongly preferred, but will accept Part Time.
Will accept weekends only.
Provider will not work on holidays, but other days of the week for 12-hour shifts.
PEDS not required, but preferred.
Notate provider's interest at name clear.
GI strongly preferred. GI schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4x10's).

Hospital Based
Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases.
Locums will work at satellite locations which are across the street.
11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs in the group.
It is a team care model, we like to say 1:4 on doc supervision, but it’s really 1:2, 1:3 majority of the time.
10 operating rooms.
OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s.
EMR: EPIC
FTE: 4
Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult).
Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.
Credentialing Timeframe: Approved for Emergency Credentialing/Privileging! depending on the CRNA's history, we should be able to have them start on a pretty short turnaround. We will have to approach each case by case, especially needing April/May coverage!
Orientation Structure:
Provider must have privileges to do orientation; no exceptions.
