Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time role in California’s Sierra Nevada foothills near Sonora. You will practice in a broad anesthesia program and collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver safe anesthesia care.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, perioperative management, and comprehensive documentation while maintaining high quality care in a close-knit environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
• Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility.
• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PALS certification when required.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Review patient histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic information.
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Manage patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately.
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procedural teams.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in applicable quality and patient-safety initiatives.
