Job Description & Requirements

• Start Date: ASAP
• Available Shifts: 8, 10, 12 hours with call
• Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65 per hour
• Setting: Hospital
• Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neurology, Plastics, Thoracic, Ear/Nose/Throat, Pain, Gastrointestinal
• Credentialing time: 90 days; Temp privileges available with a clean background
• Requirements: Board certification, American Heart Association ACLS, BLS, PALS, active Florida medical license
• EMR: EPIC
