Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active CRNA license in Florida
• Meet FL outpatient credentialing requirements
• GI/endoscopy experience preferred but not required

• Base salary: $185,000–$195,000 (W2)
• Bonuses: $5K annual, $4K performance, sign-on (case by case)
