A leading medical staffing company is seeking a Board Certified CRNA for a position in Southern Ohio. The role involves providing general anesthesia and assisting in various specialties. The position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

No other surgery centers or locations to provide coverage at.
Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
(Cases start at 7:30 a.m.)
Hours may extend past 3:30 p.m. with surgery add-on cases.
Call: Weekday and weekend call is 1:9; averaging 3-4 calls a month including weekends.
Weekday call: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Weekend call: Friday 7:00 a.m. – Monday 7:00 a.m.
First call post day off: yes
Pay for Call (CERP): program details explained by CFO.
General Anesthesia - CRNAs occasionally assist in cardiac, but MDA is the primary provider.
Specialties including Thoracic, Vascular, OB/maternity, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Peds (mostly for ENT).
Salary Range: $195,000 – $218,000 annually
Vacation / PTO: 232 hours
CME / Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5,000
Deferred Compensation: 457b plan; up to IRS limit of $19,500/year before taxes (no company match)
Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan; up to IRS limit of $19,500/year under age 50 and $26,000 over age 50; SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
Moving Expenses: $10,000 paid to moving company
Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made policy, $1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate
Health Insurance: Provider pays small premium; deducted from paycheck
Liquidated Damages: 70-mile non-compete and 2-year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year’s salary.
Pay for Call Program (CERP): Explained by CFO.
Bonus Incentives: Up to 30% of salary.
Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $80,000 ($10,000/year for each year of service).
15% of base salary, paid upon signing and forgiven over 2 years.
