Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, ID, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region by providing high-quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. The role offers a wide array of cases, including General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Urologic, and Trauma, with potential rotation to a regional trauma center involving Neuro, Vascular, ENT, and Cardiac cases. There are no complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This is a hospital-employed W-2 position.

Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment characterized by mutual respect and dedication to patient care. The supervision model maintains a maximum 4:1 ratio.

Requirements:

• Completion of a graduate program.
• Certification through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Idaho CRNA licensure and privileges at SARMC and other affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
