Job description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNA needed. Available schedules include:

1. 5x 8-hour days
2. 4x 10-hour days
3. 3x 12-hour days

Must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house).

• WEEKEND CALL: 0700 Saturday or Sunday to 0700 the next day.
• One Sunday call off after a call shift; post-call on Monday is off.
• Weeknight call at least once per week.

Trauma cases are mostly involved.

CRNAs only perform spinal blocks; no regional anesthesia.

EMR: EPIC

Patient age demographic includes adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric patients.

Required qualifications:

• Diploma, internship/residency/fellowship
• All medical licenses
• Board certification
• Life support certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CME credits for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs

Provider must be proficient in OB care, regional anesthesia, and working independently (e.g., conducting own pre-ops, not in a supervised practice model).

Certifications required:

• Controlled Substance registration (CSR/CDS)
• DEA
• NBCRNA
