Responsibilities
- Provide care to a diverse patient population including adolescents and adults.
- Perform various procedures with proficiency in Level II Trauma cases.

DEA and CSR
- Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend
- Schedule: 40 hours per week with a 6-week schedule provided in advance. Shifts available 8, 10, and 12 hours (overtime after 45 hours).
- Patient Population: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
- Practice Setting: Hospital with about 25 operating rooms, plus specials, cath labs, endo, and radiology
- Procedures: Proficient in all cases except OB, Burns, CV, Transplant, and Regional Blocks; primarily Level II Trauma cases. CRNAs perform Spinal Blocks but not regional anesthesia.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC required
- License: Open to licensing
- DEA and CSR: Required, can help acquire
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year required
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days for licensed candidates, up to 60 days for non-licensed (pending license)
