Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Madison, WI is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team in a full-time role. Based at the hospital with a diverse case mix including general, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro and OB, you will work with 17 anesthesiologists and 77+ CRNAs.

Flexible scheduling options (8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts) and shared call coverage. We offer an experience-based salary, potential hiring bonus, and a robust benefits package with coverage within your first 30

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Active Wisconsin RN license and APNP/CRNA licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix including general, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, OB.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver safe patient care.
• Participate in flexible scheduling and shared call coverage.

  • 12 ORs + 3 cardiovascular ORs
  • 3 endoscopy rooms
  • 3 OB suites
  • Multiple imaging procedure rooms
  • Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites
  • SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 OR's
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB
• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon–Fri)
• Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends)
