Job summary

SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Madison, WI, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time role. Based at SSM Health St.

Mary’s Hospital and the Surgery & Care Center, you will join a large anesthesia team and provide high-quality patient care across diverse cases. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited CRNA program and Wisconsin RN/APNP/CRNA licensure or eligibility, plus ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Active Wisconsin RN and APNP/CRNA licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in flexible scheduling and shared call coverage.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Practice Details:

• Based atSSM Health St. Mary’s Hospitaland theSurgery & Care Center
• Facilities include:
  • 12 ORs + 3 cardiovascular ORs
  • 3 endoscopy rooms
  • 3 OB suites
  • Multiple imaging procedure rooms
  • Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites
  • SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 OR's
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB
• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon–Fri)
• Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends)
