Inova is looking for experienced and passionate CRNAs to join our world-class team. This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity serving Inova Loudoun Hospital (Leesburg, VA), Inova Fair Oaks Hospital (Fairfax, VA), and two Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the same region.

Inova Loudoun Hospital provides services within a well-rounded case mix, including healthy pediatrics, women's health, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, regional, robotic, ortho, some trauma, and busy ASC. Inova Fair Oaks Hospital offers services with a diverse case mix, including bread and butter cases, healthy pediatrics, women's health, regional, robotic, ortho, endocrine, spine, labor and delivery, and endoscopy.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Experience: No experience required, but 2-3 years preferred
• Licensure and Certifications: Must be licensed as an RN and a CRNA in Virginia; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with various anesthetic methods including intravenous/general, spinal, and epidural
• Experience in diverse clinical services such as joint replacement, spine, vascular, minimally invasive surgery, interventional radiology, maternal/obstetrics, endoscopic, and diagnostic imaging

Minimum Requirements:

• Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CRNA certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists upon start
• Licensure: Virginia RN license (or eligible), nurse practitioner license, prescriptive authority, DEA license (if prescribing controlled substances), and CRNA specialty certification
• Experience: 3 years as a Registered Nurse
• Education: Bachelor's in Nursing and Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent from an accredited program
