Locums - Detroit, Michigan, CRNA Job

Clinical Role:

2. Coverage starts as soon as credentialed due to inadequate staffing
3. Practice setting is a surgical center
4. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
5. 3-month contract with option to extend
6. EMR: Cerner
7. CRNA will work under a supervision model
8. Surgical cases per day range from 7 to 20, depending on case types
9. Pain management cases range from 0 to 10 per day
10. OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident
11. The facility has 3 operating rooms at one site and 5 at another
12. Patient demographics include pediatric to geriatric patients, excluding neonates
13. Required procedures include general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients
14. Experience is preferred
15. Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:

• General and IV sedation for plastic
• General surgery
• Robotic surgery
• ENT
• Orthopedic
• Podiatry

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA - Required
• Active MI license - Required
• Clean Background - Required
• BLS, ACLS - Required
• Local Providers - Highly preferred
• Willingness to do pediatric cases - Required
