Locums - Grand Blanc Township, Michigan, CRNA Openings

Clinical Role:

1. Dates of coverage: As soon as credentialed - ongoing. Need providers as soon as possible, by May 1 at the latest.
2. Positions available: Six full-time candidates preferred, open to PRN coverage. Priority for full-time availability.
3. Reason for coverage: Four maternity leaves (May-September) and short staffing.
4. Practice setting: Hospital-based.
5. Schedule: Monday-Friday day shifts; open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
6. Additional info: Locums typically do not take call; documentation system: paper charts, no EMR.
7. CRNA role: Team approach with independence; may supervise or shadow CRNA students.
8. Cases per day: 30-50 surgical cases.
9. Staff: SAA, surgeon, CRNA; 22 operating rooms.
10. Candidate requirements: Prefer experienced candidates but willing to train on complex cases if needed.
11. Patient demographic: Adults.
12. Procedures: General surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, local cases, neuro, ortho, spinals, OB, GYN, urology. Limited pediatric cases and rare dental cases. No cardiac cases.
13. Credentials: NBCRNA, active MI license or IMLC (licensing assistance available), clean background, BLS, ACLS. Local providers highly preferred.
