Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: 7/1/2025
• End Date: Unknown
• Schedule: 4 Full-time positions available
• Shift Times:
  • 2 positions: Mon-Fri 7a-3p
  • 1 position: Mon-Fri 7a-5p
  • 1 position: Mon-Fri 7a-7p
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 40
• Open to 1-2 weeks on / 1-2 weeks off

Clinical Details:

• Practice Model: Supervision
• Types of Cases: Orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN
• Pediatric Cases: Approximately 10%
• Case Volume: 4-15 cases per day, variable based on case type
• EMR: Epic
• On Call: No
• Support Staff: Available

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA Required: Yes
• State Licensure: Active Ohio license required
• CSR License: Required
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
