We are seeking a qualified Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV.

Qualifications

• License: Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia. All licenses must be active and unrestricted. Licenses that are restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily surrendered, or denied will disqualify the applicant.
• Board Certification: Must be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association. All certifications must be maintained up to date, with documentation provided annually to the VA Contracting Officer.

• Resume, license, NPI, CRNA Certification, BLS & ACLS certifications, and availability date.

Compensation

Pay rate: Up to $190/hr plus stipends.

Schedule

• Availability during normal surgery hours (currently 7:00 am to 3:30 pm).
• On-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays, including at least four (4) evening on-call days and one (1) weekend per month.
• On-call CRNA must be reachable for phone consultations and respond to patient pages within 60 minutes.
