Job summary

Raleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, and Throat in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant to join our Allergy & Immunology team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment focused on patient care.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing high-volume testing and injections while maintaining accurate documentation and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current CMA or RMA certification required.
• Experience in a medical office or allergy/immunology setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume skin prick and intradermal allergy testing.
• Administer allergy immunotherapy injections according to dosing schedules.
• Monitor patients after injections for signs of systemic or anaphylactic reactions.
• Room patients efficiently and maintain smooth clinical flow.
• Perform spirometry and assist with food and medication challenges.
• Educate patients on EpiPen use, allergen avoidance, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and patient testing information.
• Follow all clinical, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume skin prick and intradermal allergy testing
