Job Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and updates in electronic health records (EHR)
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical equipment is sterilized and ready for use
• Administer medications and injections as directed by providers
• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
• Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance
• Handle scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assisting program preferred
