Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Training and support are provided to help you achieve RBT certification before beginning services.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, collecting session data and building strong connections with families to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and start RBT training provided by the company.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
