Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism, working part-time in client homes and community settings.

You will join a supportive clinical team, implement individualized programs, and collect session data using electronic devices. Training is provided to help you earn your RBT certification, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Must successfully obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided by us.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
