Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA services for children with Autism. We support training to earn the RBT certification and offer flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team, collect session data, and tailor interventions to each client’s goals while partnering with families to reinforce progress in daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training/support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
