BK Behavior is hiring for part-time roles delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism in home and community settings across Ohio. We train and support eligible candidates to earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
