Job summary

BK Behavior seeks individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence. You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing individualized care plans and collecting session data to monitor progress.

We provide paid training toward the RBT certification and ongoing support after certification, with flexible, part-time opportunities and a strong emphasis on family engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
  • Must obtain RBT certification; training provided by BK Behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
  • Be an integral part of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs.
  • Accurately collect and record session data.
  • Create a positive, engaging learning environment and connect with families.

Responsibilities
