BK Behavior in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to join our clinical team for one-on-one ABA services with children on the spectrum. No prior experience is required as we provide paid training and support to earn the RBT certification while you work with clients.

You'll work in clients' homes and community settings as part of a dedicated team, with opportunities for part-time schedules, growth, and advancement within the growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Must obtain RBT certification with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
