Job summary

BK Behavior in Sumner, Missouri is seeking motivated individuals for part-time in-home ABA services and youth mentorship. We provide paid training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services, with comprehensive support from our clinical team.

You’ll work in clients’ homes and community settings, build meaningful connections with families, and contribute to skill-building programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
