Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to submit to background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients ensuring compliance with expectations.
• Conduct individual and group counseling support services.
• Produce clear documentation for all counseling services rendered.
