We are seeking a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA/CRPA-P) in New York to provide one-on-one peer support, empower clients to set and reach recovery goals, and collaborate with clinical teams

Qualifications

• CRPA or CRPA-P certification in NY required.
• Lived recovery experience and sustained recovery status.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical teams.
• Commitment to recovery-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals navigating recovery.
• Use your personal recovery experience to guide, motivate, and empower others.
• Assist clients in developing individualized recovery goals and accessing needed resources.
• Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure well-rounded support.
• Advocate for client needs and promote recovery-oriented thinking.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
