Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education and/or Special Education required.
• Pennsylvania Reading Specialist Certification required.
• Wilson Reading System Level I Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide reading intervention services to students in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Maintain progress monitoring and data to support student growth.
• Conduct screenings and diagnose reading levels and needs.
• Attend IEP meetings and report student progress.
• Provide reading instruction coaching to teachers and assistants.
• Collaborate with school leadership and IEP teams for reading instruction continuum.
