Job summary

The Wright Fit is seeking enthusiastic Pilates Instructors with certification on all apparatus, including Reformers, for our Residential Fitness Facilities. You will deliver goal-focused sessions to residents in a luxury gym setting and travel between facilities with a strong focus on service.

Requirements include national accreditation, Reformers certification, CPR/AED, 2+ years of experience, and additional certifications in mobility or conditioning.

Qualifications

• Certified in all Pilates apparatus, including Reformers.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• CPR/AED certified and nationally accredited.
• Multiple additional certifications in mobility, stability, corrective exercise, performance, strength and conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal-specific instruction to a diverse resident population.
• Assess client condition and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Travel to other residential facilities for on-site sessions.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure high-quality service.
• Build and retain a client base.

Job description

Attention: The Wright Fit is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and professional Pilates Instructors with certifications on all Pilates apparatus including Reformers, for our Residential Fitness Facilities. Our skilled instructorsprovide a wide array of coaching to address specific health and fitness needs to residents in our luxury facilities. • Able to provide goal-specific instructionto a wide demographic
• Assess clients' condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion in order to teach an appropriate session for that client
• Treat the client's in a luxury gym setting
• Travel to other residential facilities
• Confer with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine what training will be most helpful
• Provide clients with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises
• Team with additional professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service
• Must be willing to build and retain a business
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills

Requirements:

• A valid nationally accredited certification
• A valid certification in the use of a Pilates Reformer
• A valid CPR/AED card
• 2+ years of experience
• Multiple additional certifications/specializations including, but not limited to, mobility, stability, corrective exercise, performance, strength and conditioning, and aerobic capacity.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary Range: Starting at $90-$100 per hour based on experience
