Performance Optimal Health in Norwalk, CT is expanding its Pilates team and seeking a part-time Pilates Reformer Instructor with the potential to move to full-time. You will focus on client experience, assess clients, adapt sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes.

The role requires certification from an accredited organization, proficiency with all studio apparatus, and ideally at least two years of teaching Pilates.

Qualifications

• Must be certified by an accredited organization to teach Pilates sessions.
• Certified on all studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel).
• Minimum of two years Pilates instructing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant guidance during Pilates sessions, correcting technique and ensuring safe execution.
• Offer modifications to accommodate different levels of fitness.
• Communicate with fellow providers to support a team-based wellness approach.
• Refer to team members when questions arise about clients.
• Maintain safe and proper use of Pilates equipment.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
