Job summary

The Wright Fit is seeking enthusiastic Pilates Instructors with certifications on all Pilates apparatus including Reformers for our Residential Fitness Facilities. Instructors will provide coaching to address residents' health and fitness needs in a luxury setting.

Travel to other facilities is required. Must hold a nationally accredited certification, Reformer certification, and CPR/AED card, with 2+ years of experience and additional certifications in mobility, stability, and corrective

Qualifications

• Own a valid nationally accredited Pilates certification.
• Possess a valid Pilates Reformer certification.
• Maintain a current CPR/AED card.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Multiple additional certifications/specializations in mobility, stability, corrective exercise, performance, strength and conditioning, or aerobic capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide goal-specific instruction to a wide demographic.
• Assess clients' condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion to tailor sessions.
• Deliver sessions in a luxury residential gym setting.
• Travel to other residential facilities.
• Consult with clients about medical histories and stress/pain to determine helpful training.

Job description

Attention: The Wright Fit is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and professional Pilates Instructors with certifications on all Pilates apparatus including Reformers, for our Residential Fitness Facilities. Our skilled instructors provide a wide array of coaching to address specific health and fitness needs to residents in our luxury facilities. Responsibilities Include

• Able to provide goal-specific instruction to a wide demographic
• Assess clients' condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion in order to teach an appropriate session for that client
• Treat the client's in a luxury gym setting
• Travel to other residential facilities
• Confer with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine what training will be most helpful
• Provide clients with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises
• Team with additional professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service
• Must be willing to build and retain a business
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills

Requirements

• A valid nationally accredited certification
• A valid certification in the use of a Pilates Reformer
• A valid CPR/AED card
• 2+ years of experience
• Multiple additional certifications/specializations including, but not limited to, mobility, stability, corrective exercise, performance, strength and conditioning, and aerobic capacity.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary Range: Starting at $90-$100 per hour based on experience
