Job summary

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) in Chicago is seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to lead engaging Pilates sessions at FFC Old Town. You will build your weekly schedule, grow your client base, and deliver high-quality training in a safe, results-driven environment.

Role emphasizes maintaining certifications, promoting FFC programs, and participating in continued education. Competitive per-session pay with commissions and potential first-90-days bonuses supports growth and client development.

Qualifications

• Full Studio Certification required or complete certification within 6 months.
• Ability to teach Pilates and communicate benefits.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build your schedule by setting weekly appointments and maintaining consistent service.
• Grow client base using provided sales methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe training environment for clients.
• Engage clients with exercise guidance and support.
• Promote FFC programs and build client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality Pilates instruction to help clients reach goals.
• Attend meetings and participate in continuing education sessions.
• Maintain Pilates and CPR/AED certifications to date.
• Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs.

Position: Certified Pilates Instructor

Location: FFC Old Town

Compensation: $49–$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500–$1000/month for the first 3 months).
