Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) South Loop seeks a Certified Pilates Instructor to teach Pilates, manage client schedules, and promote FFC programs. The role emphasizes safe, high-quality training and ongoing certification upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Build your schedule: set weekly appointments and maintain consistent service.
• Sales: grow client base using training provided.
• Safety: maintain a clean, safe environment for all.
• Client engagement: provide exercise guidance and support.
• Promote FFC programs: build relationships and suggest relevant offerings.
• Deliver quality training: help clients achieve fitness goals.
• Stay informed: attend meetings and continuing education sessions.
• Maintain certifications: keep Pilates and CPR/AED current.
• Support events: participate in FFC-sponsored events and programs.

Job description

Position: Certified Pilates Instructor
Location: FFC South Loop
Job Type: Full-time or part-time evenings
Compensation: $49-$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500-$1000/month for the first 3 months).
