Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician license or eligible to certification (scheduled CPT exam).
• Dependable, patient-care focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient blood draws and computer entry of test orders.
• Works with physicians and lab personnel to troubleshoot problems and maintain laboratory efficiency.
• Maintains inventory and orders lab supplies.
• Processes samples after blood draw and helps maintain equipment.
• Float amongst cCARE San Diego County locations.
