Candidates should have 0–2 years’ experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPT certification eligibility. The position includes comprehensive benefits and is based at the Fresno site with an hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician License or eligible for Certification (already scheduled to take CPT exam).
• Dependable, patient care focused, solid organizational skills and attention to details is critical for the role.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Phlebotomist/Lab Tech performs patient blood draws and computer entry of test orders.
• Works effectively with physicians and lab personnel to troubleshoot problems and maintain laboratory efficiency.
• Maintains inventory and ordering of lab supplies.
• Processes samples after blood draw, helps maintain equipment.
