BlinkRx is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Boise, Idaho. You will process prescriptions, handle provider communications, and resolve issues across pharmacy teams at BlinkRx’s facilities. The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong technical aptitude with pharmacy software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in Idaho.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls.
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers with context; patient calls are not part of this role.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
