Blink Health is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Boise, ID. You will enter prescriptions, communicate with providers, and support multiple teams while complying with regulations.

This full-time position is based at 12639 W Explorer Dr #100, Boise, ID 83713 and offers comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of pharmacy tech experience, an active Idaho license or in-training license, and strong phone and accuracy skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months pharmacy technician or similar industry experience.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license or Training license in Idaho.
• Professional phone presence in a support role.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols.
• Serve as contact for provider/physician communications, handling calls.
• Handle warm transfers ensuring call context is established.
• Resolve open issues with pharmacists, technicians and Incident Coordinator.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
