Job summary

Blink Health in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for a closed-door, onsite role. You will process data entry of prescriptions, communicate with providers, and support multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time position requires an active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or in-training license, and PTCB or NHA certification prior to joining. Rotational shifts run 8 AM–7 PM with Saturday coverage; onsite at 12639 W Explorer Dr #100.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician or related experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Professional phone presence in a support role.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn complex software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.
• Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician in Training license with Idaho Board of Pharmacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of prescriptions per Blink protocols, including complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications; handle outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls via warm transfers; patient calls are not part of this role.
• Resolve open issues with pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks in a safe and compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned for the Pharmacy Technician role.
