Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience role within the Pharmacy team. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and help deliver a positive shopping experience at the store level.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will enter prescriptions, support workflow, and participate in inventory and daily store operations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required; prior Walgreens exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under pharmacist supervision and in accordance with policy.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems; ensure accuracy and check for interactions.
• Assist with prescription filling, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Handle cash register, assist customers to OTC aisles, and process calls as needed.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock control.
