Job summary

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong computer skills. Experience with Walgreens systems and PTCB certification are preferred; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail environment experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and support pharmacy operations.
• Enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, and check for interactions.
• Process third-party claims and handle cash/register duties.
• Assist with inventory management and coordination of clinical services.
