Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience team member to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will model service best practices, nurture relationships with valuable customers, and support pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.

Responsibilities include processing sales, entering patient and drug information, assisting with prescriptions, inventory tasks, and coordinating with health professionals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; check for interactions.
• Maintain inventory and perform clerical duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers in OTC and other areas.
