Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in pharmacy, health sciences, healthcare administration, business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy purchasing, inventory control, healthcare supply chain, pharmacy operations, or related field required.
• Certification in pharmacy technician support, pharmacy operations support, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supports routine and moderately complex pharmacy support and operational activities by organizing work, monitoring progress, and timely completion of tasks.
• Tracks transactions, records, documentation, and open items across workflows to support accurate processing and handoffs.
• Reviews submitted information and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy before routing or updating work items.
• Prepares, updates, and maintains system entries, trackers, case notes, and operational documentation for audit-ready records.
• Communicates with internal partners and approved external contacts to confirm requirements and obtain missing information.
