Kroger Co. is seeking a pharmacy technician to provide exceptional customer service and health and wellness support in-store.

You will assist pharmacists, enter data accurately, adjudicate claims, and dispense medications while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and safety standards. _role requires a current national registration or licensure where applicable, and the ability to work closely with clerks and technicians.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national registration, certification, or licensure as required.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities excluding professional judgment.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Prepare medications per state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription data.
